November 2015 – Bill Thorpe is promoted to Manager of Service Delivery & Quality Assurance
Crystal Technologies announces the promotion of Bill Thorpe to Manager of Service Delivery & Quality Assurance. Bill has been in an Service Delivery Project Management role with Crystal since 2009 and will now lead the Service Delivery team. “His experience at Crystal combined with prior carrier management positions, gives him a detail oriented, hands on approach to deliver IT management objectives with the quality assurance that our clients demand” said Greg DeCinque.
Bill has over 20 years in the industry including working as a Dedicated Provisioning Department Manager for Atlas Communications and a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for Broadview Communications. He is Six Sigma certified and dedicated to the Crystal customer experience. Outside of Crystal, Bill is a PIAA HS basketball varsity official and volunteer for the Special Olympics, youth recreational sports, and Boy Scouts.
