January 2016 – Crystal Technologies unveils “Crystal Care” life cycle support with the addition of Debbie Fiorentino, Director of Crystal Care
Crystal Technologies welcomes Debbie Fiorentino in a newly defined position, Director of Crystal Care. “ Crystal is branding our life cycle support model in an effort to make our deliverables more tangible to the client” said Managing Partner Cheryl Stradling. “We are excited to have Debbie join us before the launch of our new website which captures our higher standard for connectivity and cloud support. She is an incredible addition to the team.”
As the Director of Crystal Care, Debbie will led the team of specialists who provide lifecycle support to the client base. She will contribute to the company’s mission of helping clients increase efficiencies, reduce operating costs, and invest in innovation with proven technologies. Debbie has over 25 years in the industry.
Before joining Crystal, Debbie was with Verizon for 7 years, most recently as a Managing Client Partner for Philadelphia and the surrounding area. Prior to Verizon, Debbie was a National Account Manager with Sprint for 12 years and with Cable & Wireless as an Account Executive for over 8 years.
